Nancy Jo Wilson Realtor

Nancy Jo’s love of Grand Rapids housing began in the early 1980s when she joined a small partnership involved in buying vacant houses in and around the Heritage Hill area. She purchased her first house for only $5,000; her second for $6,000. After her renovation of the second home at 624 Prospect SE, it was featured in the Heritage Hill Tour of Homes. Nancy Jo’s love of older homes continues today as she is working on the remodeling of another Heritage Hill home on Windsor Terrace. Her family is only the second to own this home since 1890. As a realtor, Nancy Jo is committed to helping people realize their dreams of owning their own homes. She is primarily a buyer’s agent, focusing on finding the right home, for the right price, for all her clients.
